This means that we do not share any information about you with outside agencies except for the following circumstances: child welfare concerns, imminent threats of harm to self or others, or when subpoenaed by the police or courts. Information may be shared with the program funder as per their contract with Mobile Crisis Services Inc.
Our Crisis Gambling Counsellors are obliged to maintain a confidential record of all calls, chats and emails. Mobile Crisis Services Inc. counsellors regularly consult with a supervisor in order to provide the best possible service.
